The Thule SmartClamp System provides a versatile base for adding rooftop accessories, offering a strong and streamlined foundation for travel and outdoor use.

Supplied as a set of two base rails with integrated smart clamps, it allows you to expand your vehicle’s roof storage options with ease. The system supports additional load bars, giving you the flexibility to mount roof boxes, bike carriers or other sports and leisure equipment.

It can also be paired with a Thule awning using the appropriate adapter, making it a practical upgrade for those wanting a customisable and future-ready roof setup.

Compatibility

This Smart Clamp system is compatible with the following campervans. Note that these support a standard roof size only (H2);

• Fiat Ducato (2007 onwards ONLY)
• Citroen Relay (2007 onwards ONLY)
• Peugeot Boxer (2007 onwards ONLY)
• Vauxhall Movano (2022 onwards ONLY)

Please ensure that your vehicle’s wheelbase is correct. You can check your wheelbase using the Autotrader vehicle check. Your wheelbase is marked by ‘L-‘, as highlighted in the image below.
