The Thule Lift V16 3rd Rail Kit allows you to carry an additional bike by adding a fixed-position third rail to your Thule Lift V16 bike rack. 

It fits into the vacant mounting position and includes a detachable bike holder with a lockable Thule AcuTight torque limiter knob, plus wheel straps with pump buckles for secure bike fastening.
