The C400 cassette toilets have several unique features, including a waste-holding tank with wheels and a retractable handle to allow easy handling. In addition, the working mechanism in the waste holding tank is removable, making the inside of the tank easy to clean and maintain, while a level indicator displays the levels in the waste tank. The C403L is designed to drawn its flushing water from an onboard water tank.
